This set of coloring sheets is the Discovery Deck©, and has 40 coloring sheets with simple strategies children can use to cope with stress, anxiety, and anger. The deck is sorted into 5 Coping Styles: Relaxation, Distraction, Movement, Processing, and Sensory, and there is a coloring sheet with characters for each of these Coping Styles.

The coloring sheets are a playful way to introduce coping skills to kids. Kids can add their own personalities into these coping skills by picking the colors and adding in their own words or drawings. Use the coloring sheets at school or home:
  • Print off and color in coping skills kids already use
  • Introduce new coping skills to kids
  • Use the character cards to start a conversation about what coping skills to use in certain situations
  • Use as an in-the-moment coping skill
